Haydar Alkaduhimi, CEO of Haydar Net has announced today Saturday 26-01-2002 the date of the first beta release of Haydarlinux which will be the first linux distribution that fully supports Arabic

This distribution will be released on Monday 15-04-2002, and will include many programs that supports Arabic and here are some of them:
1- A program to install Linux easily (supports Arabic and other languages).
2- Partition manager (supports Arabic and other languages).
3- X configuration (supports Arabic and other languages).
4- Sound Configuration (supports Arabic and other languages).
5- Haydar Windows Manager (supports Arabic and other languages).
6- Haydar HTML Editor (supports Arabic and other languages).
7- Notepad (supports Arabic and other languages).
8- PPP program(supports Arabic and other languages).
9- Massager that support ICQ, AOL and MSN (supports Arabic and other languages).
10- Address book (supports Arabic and other languages).
11- The most important Linux Windows Manager such as Genome and KDE (supports Arabic and other languages).
12- Simple Drawing program (supports Arabic and other languages).
13- Mail program (supports Arabic and other languages).
14- Open Office programs that can import MS Office documents (supports Arabic and other languages).
15- The famous program Wine, which can execute windows programs within Linux.
16- IRC Chat Program (supports Arabic and other languages).
17- The most famous internet browsers such as Konqueror and Mozilla.
18- A program that supports arabic rendering in shell and console "Akka".
